Information Collected. When you enroll as a student or subscriber (“learner”) on our site, we collect the personal information you give to us such as your name and email address. This information is confidential, as well as the passwords setup by each enrollee. We may on occasion send you emails about the website and related video courses, registration, course content and other updates. We may also use your email to inform you about changes to the course, or to survey you about your use of a course, or to collect your opinion.

Consent to Use Data. When you provide us with personal information to become a learner on our site, make a purchase, or participate in the video course, you imply that you consent to our collecting it and to use it for that reason only.

Thinkific. Our course and this website is hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”). They provide the online course creation platform that allows us to offer our product/services to you. Your data is stored through Thinkific’s data storage, databases and the general Thinkific application on a secure server with firewall.

Payment. If you make a purchase on our site, we use Stripe or Paypal (at the enrollee’s choice) as third party payment processors. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our website and related courses and its service providers.

Third Party Services. The third-party processors will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Security. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, it is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption.

Changes to Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you that it has been updated.
